Do you have vegan options? Yes you can order most cakes vegan friendly, just let us know.
Do you have 'free from' options? We can make most cakes gluten, dairy, nut free, however we can not guarantee this as we are not a 'free from' bakery.
Can I get my cake delivered? Yes, delivery to Kilkenny city is €15, if you would like your cake delivered outside this area get in touch for a quote.
How much notice do I need to give you? It is always best to give us as much notice as possible to secure your preferred date, however we usually need at least one week.
How long will my cake last? Buttercream and fondant covered cakes will be perfect for 5 days, Cakes with fresh cream are best eaten in 3 days.
How do I store my cake? Buttercream and fondant covered cakes can be stored at room temperature before cutting and in the fridge once cut, however all cakes are best served at room temperature, cakes with fresh cream must be stored in the fridge.
Can I order a custom cake? Yes, please get in touch through email, phone or text if you would like to order a custom cake.
Can I get a gift card? Yes you can get a gift card from our gift card page.
How do I transport my cake? The safest place to transport your cake is in the boot of your car, so make sure when you arrive there is space . It is not advisable to hold the cake or put it on a car seat as it easily slips off and will get damaged.
What payment options do you offer? Card, Revolut, cash on collection or delivery.
