The Story of Blue Robin Bakery

Founded in 2021, following a career break to raise her young family, Siobhan White opened Blue Robin Bakery in Kilkenny.

Siobhan who trained as a chef in Cathal Brugha Street, has combined her skills and interests in baking, confectionary and art to create exquisite and delicious edible creations for every occasion.

Using only real Irish butter, free-range eggs and locally sourced ingredients where possible, Siobhan ensures the result from her oven are superlative delicious bakes every time.
